01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bw77 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bw77 online gaming platform available at bw77.one ("the Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and bw77.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bw77.

bw77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bw77 online gaming website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at bw77.one.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by you on any game available on the Platform.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, and any other documentation requested by bw77 for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" or "PHP" means the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the primary currency used on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for reg ulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the bw77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bw77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by bw77 or its affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

bw77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

04 Account Registration

To access the full features of the bw77 Platform, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing Account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and up to date.
• Identity Verification (KYC): bw77 is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Approval: bw77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

By registering an Account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your bw77 Account and update it regularly.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and are strongly encouraged to do so.
• You must notify bw77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• bw77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

bw77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bw77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bw77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction, which include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfers to participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.
• bw77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bw77 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion, as detailed in Section 7.
• bw77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Processing times vary by payment method. bw77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

bw77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: bw77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Discretion: bw77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have opted in.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bw77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a licensed studio environment.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bw77 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Account balance.
• bw77 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. bw77 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bw77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to bw77 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bw77 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bw77 Platform, including but not limited to the bw77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bw77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bw77.
• Use the bw77 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of bw77's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bw77.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bw77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond bw77's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bw77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bw77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

bw77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set time-based session limits to control the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current session and net gaming activity.

bw77 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problem gambling behavior, even in the absence of a player-initiated request.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

bw77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against bw77.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to bw77 staff, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon Account closure for cause, bw77 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited in their entirety.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting bw77 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bw77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bw77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the bw77 website. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and bw77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bw77 customer support. bw77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent bw77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
